This is Michael’s boat, and he wants to sell it.
Michael is retired and lives with his wife in Coral Gables. He wanted a boat the whole family could enjoy.
Comfortable for cruising around Miami, but ready to fish whenever the grandkids wanted to.
So instead of choosing between the two, he custom ordered this one-of-a-kind 2019 Jupiter 38 HFS to do both.
And he actually used it that way.
From family days around Miami to trips from Coral Gables to Cat Cay in the Bahamas, where Michael has a second home, the boat became part of how the family spent time together on the water.
But there was one more thing Michael wanted: privacy.
So he added a Marlin Tower with a second helm, allowing his captain to run the boat from above while the family enjoyed the entire deck below.
The rest of the boat was built around the same idea: comfortable seating and plenty of shade for cruising, without sacrificing the fishing setup his grandkids wanted.
And the tech followed the same idea.
Garmin 8617 displays, autopilot and Yamaha Helm Master joystick at the main helm, with additional electronics and another joystick in the tower.
Underneath it all are twin Yamaha 425s producing a combined 850 HP, with around 685 hours.
And because this was a boat Michael planned to keep and enjoy with his family, he took care of it that way too.
The boat has always been captain-operated, and every scheduled service has been performed by an authorized Yamaha service center.

So after custom ordering the boat he wanted, setting it up around his family and actually enjoying it with them…
Why sell it now?
The answer is pretty simple.
Michael is going bigger.
He’s already ordered his next boat.
And while letting this one go is bittersweet, it also means the Jupiter he built around his family is now available for another family to enjoy.
